A crew from St. Luke’s worked on a Habitat for Humanity of Kent County house on Thursday, September 29. The home in the Baxter Neighborhood on Diamond St. will be a climate-resilient, all electric, affordable triplex! The guys spent most of the day applying a waterproof sealcoat membrane panel to the basement walls, footings, and drainage tiles, and then backfilling the area with pea gravel. Kudos for a job well done!
