We all have them, scars from life’s struggles, caused by others, caused by our own carelessness, and some we have inflicted on each other as members of the church. Scars are not signs of failure or defeat or just memories of pain, but signs that we survived. They are filled with stories to tell, some painful, some too difficult to retell, and some with moments of courage. We all have them, but they need not define us. Deeper than the scars is a longing for a reassurance that God knows our scars. Come to a service of healing (both 8:30 am & 11:00 am), asking God to heal your brokenness so evident in your life’s scars.
