This was our first worship service livestream. Jesus tells the parable of the vineyard.
Jesus tell the chief priests and elders a parable after they expose their motives in trying to trick Jesus with a question. They are not sincere about their faith in God and only concerned for their standing before each other and the crowds.
Jesus tells a parable about God’s shocking generosity. God is generous with us, and we in turn strive to be generous with each other.
It is not a matter of whether we are ready to forgive but it is a matter of faith knowing God’s generosity in forgiveness given to us. In faithful service filled with God’s grace we in turn forgive as we are commanded.
Conflict is a part of relationships and life in community. We learn a model for conflict resolution based on love and listening. Please join us in worship!

Jesus is confronted by a desperate Gentile woman seeking relief for her daughter who is tormented by a demon. Jesus ignores her but the woman persists in her pleas. The woman’s faith amazes Jesus and he heals the daughter.
