Hello All, we had a great day today here in El Salvador! The team continues to be fulfilled with the blessing of helping to build a home for a needy family. Today we finalized the framework to begin pouring cement for the footings. Also had some great fun at our breaks, as well as ended the day in a pretty special way. We went to a park for a game of Futbol with the building team. Our HFH site manager proceeded to recruit an abundance of kids of all ages from the playground and before we new it, we had 22 players and fielded 11 player teams on the pitch. Needless to say, the Salvadorans showed us “Gringos” a thing or two about the game. Hope you enjoy the pictures and the story of hope, heart and love that they tell. Enjoy and God Bless!!

This is how the locals measure and align the frames for accuracy. Check out the fancy measuring tool they use – its a rock tied to a stick!

This smiles tells the story; Joel is so delighted with our help and all of the progress we have made this week! His smile is the real blessing!
