The Holy Spirit is leading St. Luke’s to broaden and deepen its relationship to God and our community. We have updated our website to help us do just that.
Deepen
You can now subscribe to different sections of our website to keep you up-to-date and connected. View the church schedule on your own calendar app on your own device using our new Google calendar events schedule. Read the thoughts of our pastors via their blog and post your own comments and questions. Meditate on Sunday’s message by listening to the sermon audio.
Broaden
More and more people report they have visited St. Luke’s for worship because of its website. We hope God uses this fresh look to invite more people to become a part of this community. Plus, our new format allows folks to view our website via their smart phones in a convenient, readable format. Finally, we can now connect between our Facebook page, YouTube channel, and homepage so that people can more easily find the online stories of God’s love at St. Luke’s.
Please, if you have any comments or would like to see new features, send us an email.
Your brother in Christ,
Pastor Aaron
So excited about the new website!
Where is The Happenings in this new website????? I loved reading it and hope it hasn’t been eliminated.
Glad to hear your feedback Jean. We are still putting the finishing touches on website and haven’t decided if we are going to post The Happenings. Your comment is actually really helpful, because with the old website I had no idea that anyone was even downloading them. Now I know at least one person was! We will keep working on things, and in the meantime I invite you to refer to the Events page which partially mirrors The Happenings (at least as far as upcoming events is concerned).
You can now view and download both The Epistle and The Happenings. The page to visit is “Resources” under “Communication” on the menu. Here is a link!
The updated website is wonderful! Very easy to navigate and modern looking. Thank you for updating!
Thanks for including the Happenings and Epistle. I refer to them often
Thank you for the new website. I would like to thank everyone that was involved in the project.
What a great way to keep updated.
Blessings,
Jeff Heffernan
You’re welcome Jeff! Thanks for the encouragement. It was a lot of work to put together, but we are all really pleased with the results.
